We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before you pay. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

• We ship in-stock orders daily via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
• Delivery within the United States usually takes 2–4 business days.

Custom portrait products (framed canvas, phone cases, mugs and tees)

• Every portrait product is made to order for your dog. Printing takes about 2–5 business days before your order ships.
• After it ships, delivery within the United States usually takes 3–8 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
• Shipping for portrait products is charged at checkout and is not included in free-shipping offers.
• Portrait products ship from our print partner, so they may arrive separately from other items in the same order.
